Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant focused on AI capabilities to own end-to-end AI-enabled solutions on the Now Platform—including Now Assist skills and AI Agents, through predictive models, AI Search, and supported data foundations. You will mentor developers, partner with lead architects, and drive AI enablement across multiple product suites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain with production AI-enabled solutions.
• Deep ServiceNow AI capabilities: Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Orchestrator, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, NLU.
• Strong coding with JavaScript, REST, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into secure, governed AI solutions aligned to platform best practices.
• Lead AI delivery across product suites beyond core ITSM and Service Portal.
• Coach junior developers on AI fundamentals and agent design patterns.
• Coordinate daily development tasks and remove blockers to safeguard timelines.
• Establish evaluation metrics and conduct governance around AI guardrails.
