citizenship due to facility work. You will collaborate with a team to drive continual improvement and stay current with ServiceNow features and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in ITOM, including CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, or Discovery using Service Graph Connectors, and ITSM in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, LDAP, and SSO.
• Experience performing ServiceNow technical configuration such as database table structure, import sets, ETL, update sets, business rules, UI policies and actions, data policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform and manage lifecycle upgrades.
• Monitor platform health and perform regular maintenance to sustain performance and availability.
• Create scripts to update data, gather data points, and conduct research.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and contribute to roadmaps and continual improvement plans.
