Job summary

ZipStaff Inc. seeks a ServiceNow ITOM Lead to design and guide enterprise ITOM delivery in a global technology services setting. This on-site role owns CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping architecture, reviews implementations, and guides developers with clear direction.

You will drive end-to-end ITOM implementation, govern ITOM tools, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with clients and internal teams in Spokane, WA.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise, multi-tier production environment.
• 10+ years in IT overall.
• Hands-on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping implementation.
• Strong Glide API experience (GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideDialogWindow).
• Proven ability to design ITOM solutions and review developer work.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or Administration certification).
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in Discovery and/or Service Mapping.
• Ability to work on-site in Spokane, WA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Support ITOM capabilities including Cloud Insights, ITOM Governance, ConnectedOps, and Cloud Observability.

Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099).

About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Lead to design and guide enterprise ITOM delivery for a global technology services firm. This is a hands-on technical lead role in a multi-tier production ServiceNow environment. You will own CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping architecture, review implementation and customization end-to-end, and give developers clear technical direction. Platform admins or ITSM-only consultants without deep ITOM will not be a fit.
