Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Northern Indiana (Goshen/South Bend/Fort Wayne area) is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Commercial Compressed Air segment. You will lead the local service function, support the sales team, manage a Service Technician team, and own the Service P&L for your Customer Center.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in services, strong leadership, safety compliance, and ability to drive customer satisfaction through service excellence, invoicing accuracy, and efficient resource

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant services experience in an industrial environment
• 3+ years of managing teams with coaching and mentoring
• 3+ years of progressive customer service leadership and conflict resolution
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Attract, coach, train, and retain service staff and drive performance improvements
• Coordinate with service coordination to match skills to customer needs
• Collaborate with sales to grow service contracts and generate leads
• Ensure timely invoicing and control expenses to maximize cash flow
• Maintain service team inventory and ensure SOX compliant reporting
• Provide safety training and ensure compliance for all personnel
