Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Supervisor in Aurora, CO, to lead the local service function for rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors and related components. You will manage the service P&L, align with sales to grow service business, and drive performance excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will oversee a team, maintain operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while enabling the Customer Center to achieve goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in an industrial sales business setting.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in managing teams, processes and budgets.

Aufgaben

• Attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees.
• Collaborate with service coordination to respond to customers and maximize technician utilization.
• Collaborate with sales to consult on service agreements and drive new service business.
• Maximize cash flow by invoicing promptly and managing expenses and budgets.
• Manage service team inventory and ensure SOX compliance through reporting.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within the service team.
