Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Commercial Compressed Air segment in Livonia, MI. The role leads a Service Technician team, supports the sales organization, and manages the Service P&L for the Customer Center.

Travel approximately 20% to customer sites; a company vehicle and fuel card are provided. The position requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to optimize service delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of relevant services experience with industrial equipment.
• 3+ years’ experience in managing teams.
• 3+ years of progressive customer service leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the service team; drive performance and training.
• Coordinate service resources and schedule to maximize technician utilization.
• Collaborate with sales to grow service business and win new contracts.
• Ensure prompt invoicing and effective warranty claims processing.
• Maintain service inventory accuracy and SOX compliant reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the team.
