Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in office services, production services, copy/print operations, facilities, hospitality, records, or related service environment.
• Prior experience in a client-facing environment with a strong customer service focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a trusted resource for clients and colleagues.
• Coordinate and perform copy, print, scanning, binding, and finishing services; ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
• Manage mail, shipping, and distribution services; resolve issues and maintain compliance with regulations.
