Job summary

Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Lead Server who blends hands-on table service with team leadership to uphold dining standards. The role reports to the Food + Beverage Manager and requires at least one year of proven server experience.

You will mentor servers, maintain operations during peak periods, and ensure a consistent guest experience while guiding the team through busy service. This position sits at Seattle's nearby mountain resort with access to summer activities and scenic lifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills capable of directing a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage leadership duties under pressure.
• Must obtain Washington State Food Worker Card.
• Must secure Washington State MAST permit.
• Server experience of at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team in following procedures and maintaining standards.
• Document records per health department standards.
• Proactively monitor and report equipment conditions.
• Optimize inventory through planning, counting, organization, and stocking.
• Lead by example during daily service and peak periods.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
