ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to lead the Staff Accounting team and own the production of the organization’s financial reports. You will verify, analyze, and correct financial data across systems, perform journal entries, and assist with audits.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-system reconciliation (Agility, OneStream, Answers), and staff training while ensuring accurate P&L reporting and intercompany activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail oriented and self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and enter financial documents for efficient creation of the P&L.
• Review and improve current reports for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy of intercompany transfers and entries to avoid discrepancies.
• Collaborate on financial reporting using OneStream, Agility, and Answers.
• Lead and train Staff Accountants and support month-end close.
