ABC Supply is seeking a Staff Accountant in Beloit, Wisconsin to join our finance team. The role will focus on preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes.

The incumbent will balance intercompany transfers, assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Intercompany transfer balancing, inventory matching, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain periodic financial reporting.
• Month-end close and journal entries preparation.
• Analyze and reconcile assigned accounts.
• Support internal and external audits; respond to information requests.
• Assist with process improvements and efficiency gains.
