Job summary

ABC Supply is North America's largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products. The Senior Staff Accountant will lead the Staff Accounting team and own all aspects of producing financial reports, including Verifying, analyzing, and correcting data, and generating reports across systems.

The role involves collaborating on financial system changes, assisting with audits, and improving processes. Experience with OneStream and intercompany balancing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Related Field.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Detail Oriented, Self-Starter.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily tasks: Inventory Receiving, Sales and COGS, MoM and GP weekly reviews.
• Process Improvement and reporting enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reporting.
• Month End Close and GL balancing tasks.
• Lead and train Staff Accountants; oversee intercompany transfers.
