Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will oversee the food service program, ensure high quality, manage inventory and compliance with regulations, and supervise staff across roles.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, PTO, 401(k), and career development opportunities. Residency within the service area is required.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within first 14 days.
• Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and LTC-FSM certifications within first 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; perform roles of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to staff.
• Ensure sanitary environment by following infection control and handwashing procedures.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with supervisors, staff, residents, and guests.
