Job summary

Qualifications
- Knowledge of design, trends, construction methods, materials selection, and supplier suitability.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules within projects.
- Familiarity with building regulations, life safety, and ADA requirements.
- Experience producing Construction Documents and project specifications.
- Proficiency in design development and coordinating with consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and technical questions within the project team.
- Mentor staff and contribute as a team leader.
- Prepare Concept through Construction Documents and field surveys.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with codes and project standards; review RFI's and shop drawings.
