Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience managing self-perform work or related roles; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• In-depth technical knowledge of self-perform work and related tools and equipment
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, subcontracts, drawings and specs
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings and schedules
• EH&S knowledge and adherence to safety practices
• Proficient communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement safety programs with EH&S to support SPO and trades.
• Develop JHAs with Forepersons to enable daily pre-task planning.
• Lead and mentor SPO trades forepersons to improve productivity and performance.
• Coordinate sequencing of self-perform work with the project schedule.
• Oversee procurement, labor staffing, and material quantities for SPO tasks.
