Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Monroe, LA is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead Self-Perform Operations on SPO projects. You will manage trades, crews, safety programs, and production planning, aligning work with the contract and project schedule.

The role requires at least 3 years in self-perform supervision or related roles, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with project leaders, forepersons, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing self-perform work or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and coordinate SPO staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement SPO work schedules and integrate into the main project schedule.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and production with trades to optimize performance.
• Oversee safety programs with EH&S and enforce standards.
