Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) on a major project in Monroe, LA. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals while managing production and labor deployment.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive self-perform knowledge, and collaboration with EH&S, project leadership, and trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, CM, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of self-perform work, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret contract docs, drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement jobsite safety programs with EH&S.
• Create JHAs with Forepersons for daily pre-task planning.
• Lead SPO staff, trades, and suppliers to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Coordinate production planning, quantities, and progress tracking.
• Mentor SPO Forepersons and resolve field issues with project leaders.
