Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced superintendent to oversee field construction on large-scale projects. You will coordinate scheduling, safety, and trade activities on site, ensuring work is performed to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Strong leadership to develop and guide field staff is essential. The role requires extensive field experience, BIM/Lean proficiency, and the ability to manage complex projects, while working onsite in Lebanon, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related training and at least 15 years of building construction experience (or equivalent).
• Proficient in building systems, codes, cost control, and contract documents.
• Proficient in scheduling software and use of BIM/Lean to benefit projects.
• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day activities.
• Lead superintendents and staff; provide performance input.
• Develop site logistics plan and project work schedules.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Turner standards and regulations.
• Manage labor relations and coordination across trades.
• Oversee billing, WIP, and subcontractor payments.
