Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a designated shift at a client site. You will coordinate service delivery, communicate with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensure standards are met for safety and quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage crises calmly. A background check and post-offer drug test may be required, with a driver’s license and driving responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record as specified.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Ensure reporting and log maintenance on shift.
• Maintain client relations and identify service improvements.
