Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee quality service delivery on a specific shift at a client site. This role acts as a bridge between site supervision and field management, supervising officers, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong communication, and the ability to prepare clear reports. Must be 21+ and hold a valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervision, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy guidelines.
• Prepare written reports/logs and maintain neat, legible records.
