Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Superintendent 1 to lead security and electronic systems projects, overseeing all phases from inception to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery for federal, local, and commercial clients.

Open to travel with a focus on delivering high-standard, compliant installations. Requires 10+ years in electronic security projects and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in installation, integration, and testing of electronic security projects valued at >$500k.
• Experience managing security projects as Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Foreman.
• Experience with head end programming and testing of Access Control and Video Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, planning, site safety, and permits.
• Lead and communicate with project stakeholders; manage resources and schedules.
