Job summary

Salesforce is building a brand‑new Professional Services Security Assurance team. You will deliver high‑impact security engagements directly to customers, translating complex risks into actionable postures and secure by design practices.

As a founding, hands‑on security expert, you will shape methodologies, tooling, and standards while collaborating across the Security Practice and Professional Services org to secure deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in application security assessments and security engagements.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API security, and attack techniques.
• Experience communicating findings to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead security assessments across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled apps.
• Perform architecture/design reviews and threat modeling.
• Develop comprehensive security reports with remediation guidance.
• Advise customers on security best practices and controls.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to embed security in SDLC.
• Develop methods, automation, and tooling to improve assessment quality.
• Contribute to security standards and reference architectures.
• Research new threats and evolving attack techniques.
• Build strong customer relationships through leadership and communication.
