Job summary

Salesforce is building a brand-new Professional Services Security Assurance (PSSA) team within its Security Practice to deliver secure implementations at scale. As a hands-on security expert, you will lead high‑impact engagements for customers, translate risk into actionable postures, and shape our security methodologies from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Application Security, Security Consulting, or Product Security (Senior) or 8+ years (Lead).
• Experience delivering security assessments including architecture reviews, threat modeling, code reviews, and cloud security.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and API security practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements with in-depth security assessments across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI‑enabled apps.
• Perform threat modeling, secure design reviews, and remediation guidance for stakeholders.
• Develop security assessment reports with risk ratings and actionable recommendations.
• Act as trusted security advisor to customers and collaborate with engineering teams across the SDLC.
• Advance assessment methodologies, automation, and tooling for scalable engagements.
