Job summary

Salesforce is building a new Professional Services Security Assurance team focused on secure deployments and data protection at scale. As a founding member, you will deliver security engagements, translate risk into actionable mitigations, and shape security standards across the practice.

You will lead high-impact assessments across web, cloud, APIs, and AI-enabled apps, mentoring others and defining secure development guidelines in partnership with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience performing application security assessments, including architecture and design reviews, threat modeling, secure code reviews, penetration testing, and cloud security reviews.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, API Security Top 10, and common attack techniques.
• Experience with modern application architectures: web apps, APIs, microservices, containers, cloud-native, AI-enabled apps.
• Ability to communicate findings, risk, and remediation to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements by performing in-depth security assessments across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled apps, including architecture reviews and threat modeling.
• Develop assessment reports with findings, risk ratings, and remediation recommendations for technical and executive audiences.
• Provide practical remediation guidance and security best practices to improve customers’ security posture.
• Collaborate with professional services to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.
