Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will lead from the front, developing staff and maintaining high client satisfaction while ensuring safety and property protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws and regulations may be required.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company/personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to communicate with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen; manage staffing levels and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships: act as the primary client contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control.
