Bristol Myers Squibb, Seattle WA, seeks a Principal Scientist to lead engineered CAR T/eTCR T cell therapies from discovery to preclinical development. The role requires deep immunology expertise and a track record of leading complex programs.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading engineered cell therapies programs.
Proven track record mentoring scientists and managing teams.
Strong publications or patents in immunology or cell therapy.

Responsibilities

Provide scientific leadership and set strategic direction for engineered CAR T/eTCR programs.
Lead in vitro functional screening of T cells to optimize therapies.
Design and optimize genetic constructs and delivery methods.
Mentor junior scientists and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Translate in vitro data to in vivo studies and support go/no-go decisions.
Collaborate across wet lab, computational, and clinical functions.
