Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate to support development of CAR T cell products in the Cell Therapy Product Sciences department in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on executing in vitro studies to build CAR T product and manufacturing process understanding.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in human T cell biology and experience with flow cytometry, immunoassays, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• BS degree in immunology, cell biology or related field.
• Experience with human T cell biology and analytical tools for interrogating T cell phenotype and function.
• Experience with in vitro cell culture systems and sterile techniques.
• Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and execute characterization of CAR T cells using flow cytometry and cell-based immunoassays.
• Perform statistical data analysis and present results after study completion.
• Collaborate with Product Sciences Team to identify novel analytical approaches.
• Share lab management tasks such as supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
• Document experiments thoroughly in electronic notebooks.
