Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Operations and Product Sciences to lead ex-US medical strategies for CAR-T programs and support worldwide affiliates. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, site onboarding, and development of educational materials for clinical launches.

Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will travel globally, contribute to data generation plans, and help align global medical activities with commercial and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced scientific/clinical degree.
• 2–3 years academic/industry experience in cellular therapy and/or hematological malignancies is a strong plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentations to large groups and senior leadership.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Support global pan-CAR T strategy and tactics across current and pipeline assets.
• Co-lead ex-US medical readiness and site onboarding for CAR-T launches.
• Draft and review product-handling guides, SOPs, training materials, and site-facing content.
• Represent WW Medical Affairs in cross-functional forums and with external experts.
