This senior role supervises planning, safety, quality, and technical activities across multiple stakeholders, guiding subcontractor management staff and coordinating schedules to ensure safe, on-time execution.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience (or 12–14 years without a degree) and strong knowledge of safety, OSHA regulations, and Bechtel processes.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control with an emphasis on safety.
• Experience managing union craft heavy industrial US direct hire construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost, schedule and optimization of craft labor and maintaining the construction schedule and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate safety training with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Champion the ZERO Accident Philosophy and ensure compliance with safety codes and Bechtel standards.
• Monitor craft activities to ensure conformance with drawings, specs and vendor requirements.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Review craft time records using automated tools and maintain documentation.
• Oversee installation of materials/equipment per drawings and specs; enforce field policies.
