Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning and monitoring
• Experience managing union craft heavy industrial US direct hire construction

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and labor optimization on the project
• Oversee 90 day and 3 week look ahead schedules for labor and equipment
• Coordinate safety training with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor
• Champion ZERO Accident Philosophy and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Monitor craft activities for conformance with drawings, specs and schedules
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training
