Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising craft professionals on large-scale construction projects.
• Familiar with safety programs and OSHA requirements; strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and schedules; coordinate subcontract work and team development.
• Ensure tools, policies, safety rules, and procedures are followed; manage compliance with specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Manage labor cost, look-ahead scheduling, and safety training coordination.
