Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. You will supervise subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities across a complex project with multiple stakeholders.

Your field supervision ensures schedules are met and work is performed safely and in conformance with drawings and specs. Ideal candidates bring extensive construction planning experience, knowledge of safety standards (OSHA), and strong coordination with labor and management.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project.
• Maintain 90 day and 3 week look-ahead schedules for labor and equipment.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
