Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Foreman 2 to lead on-site scaffold installations and dismantling. You will direct daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate multiple trades to keep projects on schedule.

As the on-site Competent Person, you will read blueprints, plan hoist and mast climbing system layouts, manage crews (up to three Foreman 1 teams), and uphold Quality and OSHA standards across active job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• Familiar with hoisting, rigging, signaling and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and design scaffold types; materials planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for scaffold erection and dismantling.
• Oversee equipment installation, safety compliance, and multi-trade coordination.
• Act as on-site Competent Person (OSHA) directing crews up to three Foreman 1 teams.
• Interface with clients and manage costs/schedules.
