Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to design and erect scaffolds, mentor a crew, and ensure safe, on-site operations. This role requires experience and the ability to work at heights, with bilingual skills considered an asset.

You will lead Scaffold E&D Carpenters, collaborate with the E&D Foreman, and apply knowledge of OSHA standards while maintaining quality and safety across projects. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely and effectively manage a small crew to erect and dismantle scaffolding while following on-site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding.
• Understanding of various scaffolding materials and loads to prevent overloads.

Responsibilities

• Designs and erects various types of scaffolds.
• Lead Carpenter mentors Scaffold E&D Carpenters to aid in their development.
• Work with tools and ensure safe, efficient scaffold assembly on-site.
• Provide on-site leadership and supervision of crew.
