Qualifications

• Education or experience that prepares you for success: High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years Scaffold E&D experience; Trade school preferred but not required; Valid driver’s license.
• Project management skills including time and schedule management, cost control, and customer communication.
• OSHA rules and regulations knowledge relevant to scaffolding.
• Experience with various scaffolding materials to ensure loads are not exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Safely supervise a crew and direct Foreman 1 employees, erecting and dismantling scaffolding per OSHA guidelines.
• Serve as competent person on site as required by OSHA and Sunbelt procedures.
