Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an E/D Construction Manager to lead the department, manage multiple crews, and oversee scaffolding erection, dismantling, and safety compliance across various job sites. You will handle paperwork, bid support, and scheduling while mentoring labor crews.

The role requires a college degree or trade school background and 7+ years of scaffold/construction experience, with training in safety programs and crane signaling.

Qualifications

• College degree or trade school preferred.
• Minimum 7 years scaffold experience or 8 years in relatable industry with degree.
• Lifting 50 pounds or more; able to work indoors/outdoors as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E/D department including multiple crews in building and dismantling of all forms of access solutions.
• Complete paperwork for multiple jobsites, assist with bidding, scheduling crews.
• Supervise and coach labor crews; oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling; supervise erection and dismantling of scaffolding; coordinate pickups and deliveries; maintain safety plans and documentation.
