Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Scaffold E&D Foreman to lead on-site scaffold erection and dismantling with a strong safety focus. This role offers a path to develop a career track and work with an experienced team on diverse projects.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in Scaffold E&D roles, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual is a plus. Base pay ranges from $24.05 to $30.06 hourly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years combined Scaffold E&D Carpenter/Lead Carpenter/Foreman 1 experience.
• Trade school preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Project management skills: time/schedule management, cost control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew or up to (3) Foreman 1, who may supervise up to (3) Lead Carpenters, to erect/dismantle scaffolding.
• Competent person on site as required by OSHA and Sunbelt procedures.
• Ensure safe on-site execution and adherence to safety standards.
