Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold Foreman (E&D Foreman 1) to lead on-site scaffold operations in the Greater Birmingham area, focusing on safety and efficiency.

You will supervise a crew, perform daily safety plans and inspections, and mentor lead carpenters while hands-on assembling scaffolding systems. Requires minimum 2 years of scaffold leadership and OSHA knowledge; bilingual a plus. Base pay range shown: $21.38-$26.72 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years scaffold leadership experience.
• OSHA scaffolding regulations knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and work at heights.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a crew of scaffold carpenters on-site.
• Work hands-on while ensuring safety and on-schedule completion.
• Perform daily JSAs, safety plans, scaffold inspections and related paperwork.
• Mentor scaffold lead carpenters and helpers to grow within the company.
