Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to design and erect scaffolds, mentor a crew, and ensure safe, compliant operations on site. The role requires the ability to work at heights and to manage on-site activities with a focus on quality and safety.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, knowledge of scaffolding materials, and adherence to OSHA regulations while supporting the growth of team members in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as Scaffold E&D Carpenter or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely manage a small crew on site.
• Knowledge of OSHA scaffolding rules and load capacities.
• Experience with various scaffolding materials and erection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Designs and erects various types of scaffolds.
• Mentor and coach Scaffold E&D Carpenters on development.
• Lead crew on site and work with tools to complete tasks.
• Ensure loads and safety standards are not exceeded.
