Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Foreman to lead field crews and develop a career track for growth in a fast-paced construction environment. You will leverage your current scaffolding expertise to guide a team in erecting and dismantling scaffolding with safety at the forefront.

The role requires coordinating with Foreman 1 crews, supervising multiple carpenters, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Sunbelt procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Must have project management skills (time and schedule management)
• Must have knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding
• Must understand the various types of scaffolding material and load limits

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew and up to three Foreman 1, who may supervise up to three lead carpenters
• Ensure site safety and OSHA compliance per Sunbelt procedures
• Provide competent person on site as required by OSHA guidelines
