- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of post-education experience on power projects.
- Flexible schedules and adaptability to change.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Proven safety record and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for design, engineering and commissioning of power projects.
- Develop and commission substations, power distribution and protection systems.
- Lead project teams, resolve complex technical challenges and ensure quality.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards for safety and functionality.
- Travel to project sites to test data transfer networks and systems.
- Mentor others and contribute technical and commercial leadership.
