Job summary

WSP is seeking a SCADA Engineer – Technical Director for the Boise, ID area, with consideration for multiple US offices including Denver. You will lead projects in the ESSP team, focusing on SCADA, protection, and control systems for transmission, distribution, and generation facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
12+ years of post-education experience in SCADA for power generation, transmission, and distribution.
Ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead design, engineering, and commissioning of utility, industrial, and commercial SCADA projects.
Coordinate review and approval of electrical infrastructure designs per codes and QA/QC.
Develop data transfer, HMIs, and communication networks for RTUs/IEDs/HMIs.
