Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to steer SAP operations and managed services for client engagements in a global context. You will oversee delivery teams, ensure quality support, and drive continuous improvement in SAP post-transition activities across core domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, no less than 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in at least one domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, OTC).
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
