Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years related sanitation experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.
• Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing equipment daily.
• Perform CIP on tankers, silos, and product lines.
• Maintain chemical levels for CIP system and monitor titrations.
• Work with high pressure cleaning equipment and manual scrubbing.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and equipment shutdowns.
• Complete end-of-day sanitation and post sanitation inspections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Processing Manager and suppliers on equipment use.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and ensure tasks are completed.
• Lead and coach sanitation crew; report progress and issues.
