Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead two teams of sanitation technicians and a sanitation lead in an egg processing facility. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment daily after shifts, with hands-on duties and daily operations oversight.

You will ensure adherence to GMPs and SQF standards, manage chemical handling, and coordinate with plant supervisors to maintain sanitation schedules and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GMP, SQF and HACCP practices.
• Minimum of two years of related sanitation experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation methods and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two teams of sanitation technicians and a sanitation lead.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble processing equipment daily.
• Perform CIP on tankers, silos and product lines.
• Maintain chemical levels for CIP system and monitor titrations.
• Work with high-pressure cleaning equipment and basic tools.
• Conduct post-sanitation inspections of all equipment.
• Coordinate with Plant Supervisors and chemical suppliers on equipment use.
