Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage both English- and Spanish-speaking employees (Spanish preferred).
• Experience delivering documented employee training is required.
• Solid organizational skills are necessary for scheduling and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of processing line employees during shifts.
• Train, schedule and assess performance including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure successful pre- and post-operational inspections are completed.
• Enforce safety regulations and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment.
• Monitor and supervise liquid inventory and ensure proper rotation of materials.
• Coordinate with Quality department to ensure product safety.
