Job summary

Experis is seeking a Lead IT Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Business Systems team, supporting Salesforce delivery and service operations. You will translate complex operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and lead discovery, requirements, and process analysis.

This remote role requires collaboration with administrators, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure actionable, testable designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, business, or health IT.
Extensive experience as a Senior/Lead BA or similar role supporting complex tech initiatives with Salesforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, security, data, integrations, and tradeoffs beyond a typical BA.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, requirements elicitation, and process analysis for Salesforce initiatives focused on Service Cloud and customer service operations.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover needs, dependencies, and measurable outcomes; translate to epics, user stories, and process flows.
Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and integration teams to ensure actionable, testable requirements.
Design end-to-end contact center and customer service workflows and define reporting/dashboard requirements.
Serve as the functional lead from discovery through implementation, supporting testing, UAT, defect triage, release planning, and stabilization.
