Job summary
Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in a 100% remote role within the Continental United States. The BSA will analyze business requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and lead Salesforce initiatives across BBBSA’s network of agencies and the National office.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Salesforce administrator experience, 1–2 years as a Business Analyst, Salesforce certifications, and strong communication and project
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 1–2 years as a Business Analyst
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst or Platform App Builder)
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and data models
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration (custom objects/fields, flows, validation rules)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with ability to translate business needs to technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce admin, UAT, configuration, data migration, integration, and training tasks
- Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders and end users on Salesforce functionality
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, reports, and dashboards
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends
- Lead Salesforce initiatives and manage project timelines and resources
- Collaborate with Technical Leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications
