CUBE84 is seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to steer transformative implementations in a remote United States setting. You will engage senior stakeholders, translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and guide solution design with Architects and Developers.

You will own BRD/FRD creation, lead UAT and change management, mentor junior analysts, and drive adoption of new processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Competenze

7-9 years as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years Salesforce experience.
Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Skilled at facilitating stakeholder discussions and gathering complex requirements.
Hands-on experience in business process mapping and automation.

Lead business transformation engagements with senior stakeholders.
Define Salesforce solutions aligned with long-term objectives.
Translate requirements into scalable BRD/FRD and end-to-end processes.
