Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to inspire customers in the home and bring the brand to life by helping them discover products that fit their entertaining style.

You will drive sales by sparking connections and creating lasting relationships with customers while supporting management with opening/closing duties. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills and prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organization skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate others.
• Retail sales experience; shift supervision preferred (1-3 years).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home
• Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back office procedures
• Supervise store to meet financial goals and ensure World-Class service to guests
• Ensure store meets standards for visuals, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house during shifts
• Perform Selling Captain role as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service
• Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect
