Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to inspire customers and bring the brand to life in our store. You’ll drive sales by connecting with guests and modeling world-class service.

You’ll support the management team with opening/closing routines, supervise associates, and ensure visual standards and operations meet goals while upholding our People First philosophy.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others by action and example.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
• Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back office procedures.
• Provide supervision to ensure store meets financial goals and associates deliver World-Class service.
• Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards during manage-on-duty shifts.
• Serve as a role model for sales associates in sales and customer service, prioritizing the customer experience.
